基层农技人员对农业科技入户工程的价值认同及其影响因素分析

Grassroots Agricultural Workers' Agreement on Agricultural Technology Households Project and its Influencing Factors

基层农技人员对农业科技入户工程的价值认同是影响农业技术推广效率的关键因素。调查湖北省378位基层农技人员对农业科技入户工程的价值认同情况,并用Ordinal模型对影响其价值认同的因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明:第一,基层农技人员对农业科技入户工程的价值认同程度不高;第二,文化程度、月收入、地方政府对农业推广的重视程度、对科技政策的了解程度等变量是影响基层农技人员对农业科技入户认同程度的关键因素。

The grassroots agricultural workers＇ agreements on the value of Agricultural Technology Households Project plays an important role in the extension of the Agricultural Technology Households Project. At the same time, it is the key factor to promote the efficiency of agricultural technology. This essay surveyed 378 grassroots agricultural workers＇ agree- ments on the value of Agricultural Technology Households Project in Hubei Province, and used Ordinal Regression Model to analyze the factors that affect its agreements. The results show that： 1. Grassroots agricultural workers＇ value agreements on the Agricultural Technology Households Project are not so that high; 2. Education level, monthly income, local govern- ment＇ s degree of attention policy, the level of understanding of science and technology policy are the key factors to affect the grassroots agricultural workers＇ value agreements of the Agricultural Technology Households Project.
