摘要
分析了较高的加热温度使得高镍铬钼粗轧工作辊热循环应力提高,造成了轧辊表面龟裂。通过应用高铬钢轧辊,提高轧辊的抗热裂性,较好的解决了粗轧工作辊的表面龟裂现象,同时加强生产计划和轧辊的组织管理,大幅度降低了轧辊消耗。
The paper analysis the improving of the high NiCrMo roughing mill work stress by higher heating tempera- ture, causing the roll surface cracking. The application of high Cr steel roller raise the roller thermal cracking resistance and solve the surface cracking phenomenon of rough rolling work roll. At the same time, the roll consumption greatly reduce through strengthing the organization and management of production plan and roll.
