摘要
球磨机是煤粉锅炉制粉系统的重要设备,适用范围广,可以磨制各种煤。磨煤机钢球在使用过程中会逐渐磨损,以致最后失效,如何将失效的钢球及时剔除,确保磨煤最佳出力一直以来是困扰我国电力生产的历史性问题。该文介绍一种球磨机失效钢球在线剔除装置及其应用情况。
Ball grinder is one piece of important and can be used for various purposes, such as can be abraded pulverizer in fit steel balls from grinding equipment in coal pulverizing system different kinds of coal. Steel balls in gradually, and finally wasted. How to remove the wasted steel balls in time, of the boiler, the pulverizer and keep the is a big issue bothered us for a long time. This paper introduced a device for removing wasted ball grinder on line, and its application in a power plant.
