摘要
本文主要介绍气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术在香水配方分析等方面的应用。经过香水中挥发性组分分析实验和香精油样品项空组分比较分析实验对苹果一肉桂香油、丁香花香油、椰子油、橘油、百里香、香草油等样品进行探究,发现气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术无需任何样品前处理就可以进行香油样品分析,信号图像显示,香味组分检测表现出高重复性。该技术无需任何系统学习和监控,自动相似度分析软件可以对香油样品进行明确的鉴定和分类,可以满足香油混合调配、商品控制和品质监控等方面分析任务的需求。
This paper describes gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry technology in perfume analysis. After analyzation of volatile components in perfumes and peak analysis of essential oils clove oil, that including flower oil, apple-cinnamon oil, coconut oil, orange thyme, vanilla oils, we found sesame oil could be analysed bygas chromatography ion mobility spectrometry using FlavourSpec system without any sample pretreatment. The signal is clear with good test repeatability. The system operation is easy to learn, and the identification and classification of sesame oil samples can be done with automatic similarity analysis software. It is qualified for the analysation of sesame oil mixing, merchandise control, and quality control.
