摘要
结合天津117大厦大体积筏板混凝土工程,使用超细粉煤灰进行了C50P8等级混凝土配合比研究,矿物掺合料可降低混凝土单方用水量并提高混凝土施工性能,混凝土抗渗等级可达P10,抗Cl-渗透性能与抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能优良,矿物掺合料可降低大体积混凝土水化放热,在良好的养护与保温措施下,可降低混凝土温度裂缝风险,成功用于大体积筏板混凝土现场浇筑。
According to the large volume raft board concrete project of 117 mansion,the mix design of C50P8 concrete was researched by using ultra-fine fiy ash. Mineral admixtures could reduce water consumption while improve workability of concrete, the impervious level could achieve P10,the penetrating resistance of Cl- and sulfate corrosion resistance is of high performance, mineral admixtures can lower the hydration heat of large volume concrete,the risk of temperature cracking can be decreased with good maintenance and insulation measures, it Was used for in-situ casting of raft beard concrete successfully.
