硅烷渗透型防护剂对砂浆表面性能的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用不同疏水基硅烷对砂浆试件进行表面处理,通过红外光谱、微观形貌观察、渗透深度和吸水率等测试,研究不同疏水基硅烷对砂浆防护性能的影响。结果表明,疏水基长度对硅烷成膜性能影响较大,异丁基三乙氧基硅烷(IBTES)具有合适的疏水基长度,从而具有较大的渗透深度和较好的疏水性能。 The surface of the mortar specimens was treated with different hydrophobic silanes. The influence of different hy- drophobic silanes on the protective properties of mortar were studied by FTIR,SEM,penetration depth,and water absorption. The result shows that the length of silane hydrophobic group has a great impact on the properties of silane-formed film. IBTES has the most suitable hydrophobic group length,which has a maximum penetration depth and better hydrophobic properties.
