摘要
通过正交试验,选取膨胀珍珠岩类轻骨料、骨胶比、可再分散乳胶粉和纤维素醚4个影响因素进行分析,选择最佳配合比。制备了干表观密度为236kg/m3,28d抗压强度为0.49MPa,导热系数为0.053W/(m·K)的基于膨胀珍珠岩的无机保温板。通过对无机保温板在3种不同墙体上应用时的热工计算表明,该无机保温板可以满足夏热冬冷地区节能65%建筑设计标准的要求。
Through orthogonal experiment design and the analysis of four influence factors,which is expanded perlite,bone- glue ratio,re-dispersible polymer powder and cellulose ether, the optimal mix ratio was selected. Inorganic insulation board made of expanded perlite with apparent density of 236 kg/m3,28 d compressive strength of 0.49 MPa, and thermal conductivity of 0.053 W/(m.K) is prepared. Through thermal calculation of the inorganic insulation board in three different walls,the result shows that this inorganic insulation board meet the energy saving by 65% in hot summer and cold winter areas.
