生物质燃料对页岩烧结砖性能的影响规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过改变生物质燃料(秸秆、锯末)的种类、掺量、粒径进行试验和对比,利用XRD、SEM及物理力学性能测试等手段,研究了生物质燃料对页岩烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明:随着秸秆与锯末掺量的提高,烧结砖体积密度和抗压强度降低,吸水率与显气孔率增加;随秸秆粒径增大,烧结砖的相关性能也表现出同样的规律;对页岩粒径的研究表明,随页岩粒径增大,烧结砖的体积密度降低,吸水率、显气孔率增大,抗压强度降低。 XRD, SEM and physical and mechanical properties measures were used in study the effects of biomass fuels (straw, sawdust) on general performance of shale brick,conduct tests and comparison by changing the type,content and particle size of biomass fuels,the results showed:the more incorporation of straw and sawdust,the lower bulk density and compressive strength,and the higher water absorption and apparent porosity,this rule is reflected in the process of increasing the particle size of the straw; In addition,the study of shale particle size show that shale particle size increases,the bulk density and the compres- sive strength decreases,and water absorption and porosity increases.
