摘要 高压共轨燃油喷射系统已发展为柴油机喷油系统的主流,其喷射压力的提高直接受到高压油泵泵油能力的制约。柱塞副泄漏是导致高压油泵容积效率降低、泵油能力下降的关键因素。从影响柱塞副泄漏的几个关键因素出发,概述相关研究的发展现状,总结该领域的理论研究和应用特点,提出现有研究存在的问题及未来可能的研究发展方向。 High pressure common rail fuel injection system has already developed into the mainstream of fuel injection systems for diesel engines,and the injection pressure is limited by the capacity of the high-pressure pump.The fuel leak-age of the piston/cylinder interface is the main factor leading to the pump volumetric efficiency loss and thus to the reduc-tion of the pump performance.A review on the research progress was presented from the prospective of the factors influen-cing the piston/cylinder interface leakage,and the problems in current research as well as the possible further research di-rection were put forward.
