浅谈中国软实力在非洲的应用

On the Application of China's Soft Power in Africa

现在中国的软实力日益引起国内外的关注。中国在非洲软实力的应用对中国国际形象的构建与传播,对中非关系的深入发展以及和谐世界的构建具有重要的现实意义,但是,中国在非洲软实力的庆用也受到软实力本身中的中国模式以及非洲投资环境的制约,以及来自西方社会种种的猜疑与批评,因此,我们应在未来加大对非文化交流力度,继续深化中非在民主政治、人权领域的对话与合作,进一步优化对非政策的国际宣传策略,进而加强中国软实力在非洲的应用。

China＇s soft power is drawing wide attention from home and abroad. The application of this soft power in Africa has great realistic significance for the construction and publicity of China＇s international image as well as further development of Sino-Africa relationship and the construction of a harmonious world. However, there also exist some problems, such as the restriction from some African leaders＇ doubt for the Chinese mode in the soft power and also from African investment environment. In light of this, we should put more efforts into cultural communication with African countries in the future, deepen Sino-African dialogue and cooperation in fields of democratic politics and human rights, optimize our international publicity strategy to Africa so as to strengthen the application of China＇s soft power there.
