构建科学合理的科研绩效评价体系,是推动科研发展、加强社会服务能力建设和师资队伍建设的有力保障,以重庆水利电力职业技术学院为例,在分析总结科研工作现状与存在问题的基础上,从实际出发构建高职院校科研工作考核与绩效评价体系,提出完善科研绩效评价体系的建议。

The construction of scientific and rational research performance evaluation system is a strong guarantee to promote research development, to strengthen capacity building of social services and construction of the faculty team. Based on the analysis and summary of the present situations and problems of research work in Chongqing Water Resources and Electric Engineering College, higher vocational education research performance evaluation system has been constructed and some suggestions have been put forward to perfect it.
