肝静脉压力梯度在门静脉高压症中的应用研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 门静脉高压症患者病情复杂,可出现诸多临床症状,其中以食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血最为凶险,危及生命.肝静脉压力梯度（Hepatic venous pressure gradient,HVPG）是反映门静脉高压症患者血流动力学状态的重要指标之一,可间接反映门静脉压力,是直接诊断门静脉高压的参考标准,2005年BavenoⅣ研讨会上指出,HVPG是预测门静脉高压症曲张静脉进展的最可靠指标[1].本文主要就HVPG在门静脉高压症中的应用研究进展作一综述.
