摘要
目的:观察综合疗法对急性小腿三头肌损伤的临床治疗效果。方法:选择47例急性小腿三头肌损伤患者为研究对象,采用早期处理、穿刺抽吸瘀血并妥善固定、中药治疗、针灸、手法治疗、功能锻炼等综合疗法对其进行治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,47例患者中治愈28例,显效14例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为95.7%。结论:综合疗法治疗急性小腿三头肌损伤临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of comprehensive therapy on acute triceps injury. Methods： Compre- hensive therapy for the early treatment of blood stasis, aspiration and properly fixed,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage therapy, functional training and other methods, adopted in 47 cases of patients with acute erus triceps injury method. Results： 47 patients were cured in 28 cases, effective in 14 cases, effective 3 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.7 %. Conclusion： The combined therapy in the treatment of certain clinical effect for acute crus triceps injury,clinical application.
