摘要
简要介绍了SIEMENS最新交流变频调速装置SINAMICS 120在高炉探尺传动控制系统中的运用。结合高炉探尺的提尺、放尺、跟随料面3种工作状态,分析了交流变频调速系统内部控制的不同方式。并且分别介绍了S120内部采用转矩限幅和转矩给定的两种控制模式来实现探尺功能,以及调试过程和调试难点。实际运用中该系统具有控制精度高、组态方便、调试简单、故障率低等优点,性能可与直流探尺系统媲美。
The application of the AC converter system SINAMIC S120 in blast furnace stock rod was introduced. The different internal control modes of AC variable frequency speed regulation system was analyzed, combined with three work status of blast furnace stock rod, upgrade rod, downgrade rod, follow rod. Respectively introduced two kinds of internal control modes of S120 using torque limits and torque setpoint to realize the probe function, as well as the debugging process and the debugging difficulties. The practical application of the system has control of high precision, easy configuration, commissioning simple, low failure rate, etc. The performance can be comparable to DC sounding rod system.
