摘要
该文就目前国内市政工程综合管网迁建中所遇建设程序及相关法律的冲突点,结合工程实例,探讨采用委托专业资质单位,在取得各专业单位委托情况下,统一实施综合管网土建的方式来达到既满足现行法规,又符合建设程序的一种管理模式供研究和参考。
Based on the contradictions in construction process and relevant laws encountered in move modification of integrated network of domestic mu-nicipal engineering, and combined with practical cases, a management mode, under professional units＆#39; commission, is discussed for reference to meet the existing laws and regulations and accord to construction process as well.
