浅析草原生态补偿机制

A Brief Analysis of Grassland Eco-compensation Mechanism

随着全球变暖,草原沙漠化进程的日趋加剧,草场退化,草地生态环境的日益恶化问题已经愈来愈突显。人类对草地生态系统服务功能的重要性的认识更为深入,促进草地生态安全屏障保护与生态服务价值增值,积极改进和落实草原生态补偿机制,持续合理地补偿草地生态服务的受损方,科学有效激发草原保护的积极性尤为重要。本文在充分理解草原生态补偿概念的基础上,系统总结国内外的研究成果,指出新疆草原生态补偿的紧迫性和重要性,并借鉴国外草原生态补偿的实践经验,从而提出了新疆牧区草场生态补偿的新机制,提出相关措施与政策建议。
