广东侨刊乡讯收集与开发利用工作的实践与思考

Practice of and reflection upon the collection and utilization of the dispatches from the native places of the overseas Chinese

侨刊乡讯是我国侨乡特有的民办刊物,记载了大量颇具价值的侨乡信息,为侨乡历史与文化研究提供了弥足珍贵的资料。作为我国重点侨乡之一的广东省,其侨刊乡讯具有历史悠久、数量众多、种类齐全、发行范围广等特点。多年来,暨南大学图书馆秉承多元合作、资源共享的基本理念,采取与主管部门、出版单位及收藏单位等多元合作方式,在全面系统地收集广东侨刊乡讯方面做了很多有益的努力和尝试。

The dispatches from the native places of the overseas Chinese are the publications by the communities, which carry plenty of the important information about the native places of the overseas Chinese. Guangdong Province is one of the most important native places in China, where the publications by the communities are characterized by the long history, large quantity, numerous variety and vast area of coverage. The library of Jinan University have been trying to collect many valuable dispatches from the native places of the overseas Chinese by adopting the collaboration with the collecting units, publishing houses and the departments responsible for the collections of the dispatches. Great achievements have been made in the collection of the dispatches, which provides valuable materials for the researchers of the history and culture of the nati：ve places of the overseas Chinese.
