摘要
图书馆行业建立全面质量管理模式是质量管理时代的必然选择,它可以确保图书馆提供给读者最满意的信息产品与信息服务。文章在阐述图书馆实施全面质量管理意义的基础上,探讨图书馆行业如何构建全面质量管理模式,并针对目前图书馆界在实施全面质量管理过程中存在的问题提出建议。
The establishment of the mode of overall quality control in the library circle is an inevitable selection in the era of quality management, which can guarantee the satisfying information products and information services provided by libraries. Based on the illustration of the significance of the overall quality control, this article probes into the question of how to establish the overall quality control in library circle, and presents some solutions to the existing problems in the process of implementation of the overall quality control.
