补肾健脾活血颗粒联合西药治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床研究

Clinical Research of Bushenjianpihuoxue Granule Combined with Western Medicine on the Treatment of Early Onset of Severe Preeclampsia

目的观察补肾健脾活血颗粒联合西药治疗早发型重度子痫前期的疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,将患者按入院顺序随机分为联合组和对照组,联合组在应用硫酸镁及其他西药治疗的基础上加用补肾健脾活血颗粒,对照组应用硫酸镁及其他西药治疗。治疗前后观察两组血压变化和24 h尿蛋白定量、延长孕周时间的差异。结果两组患者在用药前后血压控制、24 h尿蛋白定量及延长孕周时间比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论补肾健脾活血颗粒联合西药治疗早发型重度子痫前期疗效显著,机理为该药物滋补肾阴、健脾利湿、镇静安神、活血化瘀,改善患者血液高凝状态,减少并发症发生。

Objective To analyze curative effect of Bushenjianpihuoxue granule combined with western medicine on the treatment of early onset of severe preeclampsia. Methods Patients with early onset of severe preeclampsia were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group were treated by Bushenjianpihuoxue granule combined with magnesium and other western medicine. The control group were treated only by magnesium and other western medicine. Blood pressure, 24 - hour urinary protein excretion and the time of prolonged gestational age were measured. Results Blood pressure descended, 24 -hour urinary protein excretion reduced significantly and the gestational age increased in treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bushenjianpihuoxue granule combined with magnesium and other western medicine on the treatment of early onset of severe preeclampsia has significant effect, its mechanism may be related with nourishing kidney, tonifying spleen, tranquilizing and allaying excitement, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, to improve the patients＇ hypercoagulable states and reduce complications.
