绝经后妇女盆腔包块的超声诊断分析

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Pelvic Masses of Post-menopausal Women

目的分析绝经后妇女盆腔包块的超声诊断。方法收集我院于2013-01~2014-01间收治的65例绝经后妇女盆腔包块患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用超声诊断。结果经诊断,发现良性肿瘤者47例,占72.31%,恶性肿瘤者18例,占27.69%;超声对盆腔肿物性质的诊断发现,敏感性为93.75%,特异性为93.88%;在盆腔肿物诊断中,超声误诊7例,占10.77%。结论在绝经后妇女盆腔包块中采用超声诊断,能有效、快速鉴别出肿瘤的性质。

Objective To analyze the ultrasonic diagnosis of pelvic masses of post -menopausal women.Methods 65 cases with pelvic masses were collected from January , 2013 to January, 2014 in the hospital.All the patients were diagnosed by ultrasonic.Results 47 cases were benign tumors （72.31%）, and 18 cases were malignant tumor （27.69%）.The results diagnosed by ultrasonic showed that the sensibility was 93.75%, and the specificity was 93.88%.All the results showed that 7 cases were misdiagnosed （10.77%）.Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of pelvic masses of post -menopausal women can effectively and quickly identify the nature of the tumor.
