摘要
目的探讨针刀不同进针深度治疗背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法从本院2010-10~2013-10间收治的背肌筋膜炎患者中随机选择100例背肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为两组,分别采用不同进针深度进行针刀治疗,观察记录两组患者的临床疗效并进行比较研究。结果治疗后,采用浅刺治疗的观察组的优秀率为62.0%,显著高于采用深刺治疗对照组的22.0%（P〈0.05）。结论采用针刀浅刺治疗背肌筋膜炎可以获得较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy in different depth on fascitis of back muscles. Methods Randomly selecting patients with back fascitis in the hospital from October, 2010 to October, 2013, randomly dividing them into two groups by different needling depth of acupotomy, and observing the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results After the treatment, the best rate of observation group by the shallow acupotomy therapy was 62.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the deep acupuncture treatment with 22. 0% in the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The needle shallow puncture treatment of fasciitis of back muscles can obtain good therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
