哈尔滨市妊娠期女性口腔保健意识及行为报告

Awareness and Behavior Report of Oral Health of Women During Pregnancy in Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province

目的了解哈尔滨市妊娠期女性口腔保健意识,为妊娠期口腔卫生宣教提供依据。方法对黑龙江省哈尔滨市234例妊娠妇女进行问卷调查。结果其中能够定期进行口腔检查的妊娠期女性有43例,占有效结果的18.38%;每天刷牙3次或以上者31例,占13.25%;每天使用漱口水2次或以上者36例,占15.38%;每天使用牙线2次以上者45例,占19.23%;在了解孕期女性对于预防龋齿方法的题目中,答对四项及以上的妊娠期女性共106例,占45.30%;了解孕期女性对于预防牙周病方法的题目中,答对四项及以上的妊娠期女性共107例,占45.73%。结论该地区妊娠妇女口腔教育需加强,提升其口腔保健意识,减轻口腔医疗负担,促进口腔保健行为。

Objective To investigate the awareness of oral health of pregnant women in Harbin City and provide evidence for oral health education during pregnancy.Methods Questionnaire survey of 234 pregnant women in Harbin City was done.Results 43 cases have regular oral examination , accounting for 18.38%;31 cases brush their teeth three times a day or more , accounting for 13.25%;14 cases use mouthwash twice a day or more , accounting for 5.98%;45 cases use dental floss more than twice a day , accounting for 19.23%;106 pregnant women can answer 4 questions or above of the questionnaire which is about the method for prevention of dental caries , accounting for 45.30%; 107 pregnant women can answer 4 questions or above of the questionnaire which is about periodontal disease prevention methods , accounting for 45.73%.Conclusion The education for oral health of pregnant women in the region needs to be strengthened , awareness of oral health be increased , the burden of oral health care be reduced , and the oral health behavior be promted.
