空肠恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤1例报道并临床病理分析

Jejunal malignant solitary fibrous tumor： a report of 1 cases and clinical pathological analysis

目的探讨空肠恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤的临床病理学特点.方法：对1例空肠恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤进行病理组织学与免疫组织化学镜下观察,并结合相关文献进行复习.结果：镜下肿瘤界限清楚,可见排列成条束状、席纹状的梭形及卵圆形肿瘤细胞,其间含有胶原纤维束,肿瘤细胞间散在少量大小不等的滤泡.肿瘤细胞CD34、CD99、Bcl-2、Vimentin均呈阳性.结论：发生于空肠的孤立性纤维性肿瘤非常罕见,而且临床中其生物学行为仍然未能确定,有必要长期随访.

Objective： To study the clinicopathological features of malignant solitary fibrous tumor of jejunum. Methods： the histopathological and im munohistochemical were made on 1 cases of jejunal malignant solitary fibrous tumor were observed, and the related literature was reviewed. Results： the microscopic tumor boundaries clear, visible arranged spindle and ovoid cells fascicular, storiform, meantime contains collagen fibers, tumor cells scattered in small sizes of follicles. Tumor cells CD34, CD99, Bcl 2, Vimentin were positive. Conclusion： occurred in the jejunum of solitary fibrous tumor is very rare, but the clinical its biological behavior is still not sure, long term follow＂ up is necessary.
