摘要
针对乾安油田储层特点,室内进行了羧甲基香豆胶压裂液高温性能评价。实验结果表明,羧甲基香豆胶压裂液具有耐高温耐剪切、良好的携砂性能和防膨效果、低表面张力和界面张力的特点。该压裂液在乾安油田油井压裂现场应用,压裂施工取得成功,压后获得较好的增产效果。
In view of the low porosity, low permeability, strong water sensitivity of the reservoir in Jilin Oilfield, a low damage perforating fluid formulation was developed through optimization in laboratory experiments and was evaluated. The formulation of this perforating fluid is: 2% sulfonated phenolic resin (SMP-II) + 1% carboxymethyl cellulose (HEC) + 3% KC1 + 2% Na2SO3 + 1% uhrafine calcium carbonate powder (JQYZ) + 0.05% surfactant (FC-3B) + 4% corrosion inhibitor (JCI) + heavyweight additive (ZnBr2 ). According to the results of evaluation, this perforating fluid has the characteristics of high density, low corrosivity, strong inhibition, low surface tension and low damage, etc. , and it can withstand the temperature that is as high as 155 ℃. Therefore, this perforating fluid can satisfy the construction operation at Jilin Oilfield.
