摘要 微泡钻井液是一种适用于低压易漏地层的新型钻井液.通过对起泡剂和稳泡剂进行优选,开发出抗温135℃的微泡钻井液.室内评价结果表明,微泡钻井液抗温、抗污染能力强,同时具有良好的抗压缩、密度还原特性和承压封堵性能.在20~40目砂床中,微泡钻井液承压封堵能力达20 MPa以上;经显微镜微观表征,微泡呈球形,粒径分布集中在50~ 200 μm之间. Micro - foam drilling formation. A micro - foam drilling fluid is a new drilling fluid suitable for low pressure and leaking fluid which can withstand the temperature that is as high as 135℃ was developed by selecting a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer through optimization. According to the results of laboratory evaluation, this micro - foam drilling fluid is good in temperature resistance, anti -pollution, compression resistance, density reduction and plugging under pressure. The plugging capacity under pressure of this micro -foam drilling fluid is higher than 20 MPa when it is used in 20 -40 mesh sand bed. Microstructure characterization by microscope has shown that the micro foams are of spherical shapes with the size distribution of 50 to 200 μm.
