摘要
为了解读者对高校图书馆服务的满意程度,本文以江西农业大学图书馆为例,进行了读者满意度调查,并提出了相应对策。经调查统计分析得出,读者对图书数量、质量、图书资源、文献信息检索、图书馆环境、管理人员和资源建设基本满意。文章还分析了影响读者满意的因素,提出了提高满意度的四大对策:做好检索平台建设、加大宣传与培训力度、提高馆员为读者服务的意识和质量、引导读者充分利用高校图书馆联盟。
In order to understand the readers' satisfaction of university library services, the author takes the library of Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example to investigate the reader satisfaction and puts forward corre- sponding countermeasures. The results of the statistical analysis show that the readers are basically satisfied with the quantity and quality of books, library resources, information retrieval, library staff and resource construction. We analyze the factors which influence the readers' satisfaction, and put forward four countermeasures, namely, good retrieval platform construction, increasing publicity and training, improving the service for readers' awareness and quality, guiding the readers to make full use of the university library alliance.
