摘要
本文探讨了员工职业压力在职业生涯管理对员工离职意愿的影响关系中的中介作用。研究结果表明,职业生涯管理(ICM和OCM)对员工离职意愿的呈现有显著的负相关关系;员工职业压力在职业生涯管理对员工离职意愿间关系起到部分中介作用。
This paper discusses the intermediary role of employee's occupational stress between career management and employee turnover intention. The results show that the career management has significant negative correlation to the employee turnover intention; Staff occupational stress plays a partial intermediary effect between the relationship between career management and employee turnover intention.
