Review of English Reading & Writing Teaching Platforms and Proposal of a New Platform

通过对蓝鸽平台、批改网和Moodle三个外语教学平台的介绍与评价,指出它们在概念设计上都存在不足。尝试以需求为导向,从实践出发,构思一个新型英语读写结合课程教学平台,具体分为教师模块和学生模块,两者都可以再细分为核心部分和可拓部分,包括单一阅读、单一写作和读写结合子模块,以实现教师之间、师生之间、学生之间都可以交流,避免重复建设,打通读写环节,提高教学效率,具备读—写、教—学—考、教学—反馈—改进多功能,个性化、开放化的目标。结合四个英语读写教学实例,阐述各种教学模块顺序。

It reviews three foreign language teaching platforms, including Lange, pigai.org and Moodle, but they are found defective in their conceptual designs. Oriented by demand and practice, it attempts to propose a new platform for English reading＆writing teaching, which includes a teacher’s module and a student’s module that in turn includes a core part （a reading submodule and a writing submodule） and an extension part （a reading＆writing submodule） for the purpose of communications among teachers and students, avoiding repeated work, integrating reading and writing teaching, improving efficiency, multiple teaching functions, in-dividualization and opening. Four English reading＆writing teaching cases are presented to explain various possible teaching module orders.
