六年制免费师范生培养成功的关键因素

摘要 我国免费师范教育历经了百余年的发展,有着良好的发展前景。免费师范教育具有公费教育、定向就业、定期服务等基本特点。基于我国农村小学师资状况差、师范生的生源质量下降等情况,湖南第一师范学院从2010年开始在全国率先实施初中起点六年制本科层次农村小学教师公费培养计划,从基本制度、培养模式、保障机制等方面对免费师范教育进行改革与创新。经过两年多的实践,六年制免费师范教育的招生录取和学生培养工作取得了初步成效。本文的目的在于了解免费师范生培养成功的关键因素,并对湖南第一师范学院六年制免费师范生的培养提出建设性的意见。 Government Sponsored College Education for Normal Students, being featured with free-charge, directional-employment and due service, has a good prospect. Based on the current poor state of rural primary school teachers and the decline in the quality of normal students, Hunan First Normal University has made the first step in the implementation of the six-year college education for junior graduates to be teachers in rural primary schools since 2010, as well as has made some reforms and innovations in basic institution, training pattern, support mechanism. After practice of over two years, the recruitment and training of six-year free-charge normal education have achieved initial progress. The study aims at exploring the key factors to the success of free-charge normal college students' training, which would hopefully give constructive advice to 6-year government sponsored college normal education in Hunan First Normal University.
