52例带状疱疹患者的中医护理体会

目的对带状疱疹患者的中医护理体会进行探讨和分析.方法：以我院2012 年5 月至2013 年5 月治疗的120 例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为中医护理组52 例和对照组68 例.对照组患者采用常规皮肤护理方法,使用生理盐水冲洗,并使用酒精消毒.中医护理组在此基础上,开展心理护理、疼痛护理、中医皮肤护理、健康指导.由护理人员观察两组患者的恐惧、焦虑、不安情况,并作出主观评价和组间比较.对两组患者的疼痛缓解时间、皮肤广泛结痂时间进行比较.结果：两组患者的疼痛缓解时间和皮肤广泛结痂时间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,中医护理组患者的疼痛缓解时间和皮肤广泛结痂时间较短,经护理后,患者的恐惧、烦躁、焦虑等情绪都得到了一定程度的缓解和消除,各种不良情绪的比例均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：精心的中医护理可以减少患者的神经痛等临床表现,改善患者的生活状态,值得推荐使用.

Objective To explore and analyze the experience of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with herpes zoster. Methods： 120 cases of herpes zoster patientsin our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were treated as the object of study. The patients were randomly divided into traditional chinese medicine nursing group with 52 cases andcontrol group with 68 cases. The control group was treated with routine skin caring method, using physiological saline flushing, and the use of alcohol disinfection. Traditional Chinesemedicine nursing group on this basis, psychological nursing, pain nursing, traditional Chinese medicine skin care, health guidance. The nursing staff observed fear, anxiety, uneasinessof two groups, and make a comparison using the subjective evaluation. Compare pain relief time, widespread skin crusting time of two groups of patients. Results： the two groups ofpatients with pain relief time and widespread skin crusting time comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Chinese medicine nursing groups of patients with painrelief time and extensive scab skin for a short time, the nursing, patients fear, irritability, anxiety and other emotions have alleviated to a certain extent and eliminate all negativeemotions, the proportion was significantly lower than the control group （P＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can reduce the clinical manifestations inpatients with nerve pain, and improve their life state, so it is recommended to be used.
