中药湿敷联合派瑞松护理危重患者腹泻致肛周湿疹13例临床观察

目的探讨中药湿敷联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏（派瑞松）护理腹泻患者肛周湿疹效果.方法：将26例肿瘤危重病人腹泻合并肛周湿疹按入院顺序分为两组：实验组采用中药湿敷联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏涂抹;对照组采用温水清洁联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏涂抹治疗肛周湿疹.结果：实验组有效率92.3% ,对照组有效率76.9%.结论：实验组明显优于对照组.

Objectivediscuss the effect on chronic perianal eczema with therapy combined with wet compress with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Pevisone Cream. Methods：26 casesof tumor merger of critically ill patients with diarrhea crissum eczema is divided into two groups according to admission order , the experimental group implement therapy combined withwet compress with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Pevisone Cream, while the control group implement therapy combined the lukewarm water clean and Pevisone Cream.Results：The effectiverate was 92.3 % in the experimental group and 76.9 % in the control group . Conclusion：The experimental group efficacy of triple therapy group was superior to the control group .
