清营化瘀颗粒治疗肢体血栓性浅静脉炎急性期临床疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of Qing Ying Hua Yu Ke Li Treated Acute Stateof Extremity Supenficial Thrombophlebitis

目的观察清营化瘀颗粒治疗肢体血栓性浅静脉炎急性期的临床疗效.方法：肢体血栓性浅静脉炎急性期病例80 例, 随机分为治疗组40例, 对照组40 例.治疗组服用清营化瘀颗粒, 每次1包, 每日2次; 对照组口服通塞脉片.每次6片,每日三次.2组均以4周为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程.结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组（ P〈 0. 05） .治疗组患肢的皮温、疼痛、间歇性跛行、静息痛和踝肱指数有明显改善, 两者有显著差异（ P 〈0. 05） 治疗组患者治疗前后压痛、脂肪硬化、皮肤温度、水肿、胀痛、刺痛、灼热感有明显改善,两者有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论：清营化瘀颗粒治疗肢体血栓性浅静脉炎急性期有显著疗效, 能有效改善肢体血栓性浅静脉的临床症状和体征.

ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Qing Ying Hua Yu Ke Li in treating Extremity Supenficial Thrombophlebitis.Method：80 patients were allocated into thetreatment group and the control group equally.The treatment group took Qing Ying Hua Yu Ke Li , 1 bag twice daily.The control group took Tongsaimai Tablet, six tablets each time,three times each day.One course of treatment was 28 days.After two courses of treatment, clinical effects were observed.Result：The treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Treatment of limb skin temperature, stabbing pain, intermittent claudication, rest pain and ankle brachial index improved significantly, with significant difference （P 〈0. 05）before and after treatment in treatment group tenderness, fat hardening, skin temperature, edema, distending pain, stabbing pain, burning sensation has improved significantly, thedifference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions：There is significant effect of Qing Ying Hua Yu Ke Li in the treatment of Extremity Supenficial Thrombophlebitis in acute period.
