不同护理流程对口腔种植患者影响

Effects in patients with oral cavity planting different nursing process

目的探讨不同护理流程应用于口腔种植患者中的临床影响.方法：选取2013 年7 月至2014 年7 月在我院接受口腔种植修复技术的患者80 例作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同均分为两组,对照组40 例行常规护理流程,观察组40 例行系统化的护理流程,对比两组种植成功率及患者护理满意度.结果： 观察组种植成功率97.5%,患者满意度为（9.0±0.2）分;对照组成功率为90.0%,患者满意度为（6.0±1.3）分,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对口腔种植患者实施系统、完善的护理流程能够和谐护患关系,提升种植成功率与患者满意度,值得推广使用.

objectiveto explore the nursing process is applied to different clinical effects in patients with oral cavity planting. Methods：selected in July 2013 to July 2013 in ourhospital 80 cases of in patients undergoing oral implant prosthesis technology as the research object, according to the different methods of nursing care were divided into two groups,control group 40 routine nursing process, observation group 40 underwent systematic nursing process, compared two groups of planting the success rate and patient care satisfaction.Results：observation group success rate of 97.5%, patient satisfaction is （9.0±0.2） points; Success rate of control group was 90.0%, the patients satisfaction was （6.0±1.3） points,compare the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：for patients with oral cavity planting system, improve the nursing process to the harmonious relationshipbetween nurses and patients, improve success rate and patients＇ satisfaction, worthy of promotion of use.
