负压吸引在糖尿病足患者治疗过程中的临床应用研究

目的研究封闭式负压引流技术（Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD）在糖尿病足患者治疗过程中的临床应用效果.方法 将198 例糖尿病足患者随机分成2 组,实验组99 例采用VSD 治疗,对照组99 例采用常规方法治疗,比较2 组效果.结果 全部病例创面愈合良好,实验组换药次数减少,创面愈合时间缩短,住院费用降低,无并发症出现.结论VSD 用于糖尿病足治疗安全、效果好,可以在临床上广泛应用.

objective：to study the closed negative pressure Drainage technology （Vacuum Sealing Drainage, the VSD） in the treatment of diabetic foot patients in the process ofthe clinical application effect. Methods：198 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into 2 groups, the experimental group, 99 patients with VSD treatment, control group, 99cases of treatment, the conventional methods to compare effects of two groups. Results：all cases of wound healing, fewer experimental treatment, wound healing time shortened,hospitalization costs is reduced, no complications appeared. Conclusion：the VSD treatment for diabetic foot safe, effect is good, can be widely used in clinic.
