心脏介入围手术期患者的心理问题及护理分析

目的探讨围手术期患者心理健康状态,为做好患者心理疏导提供依据.方法：通过对23 例实施心脏介入手术患者,进行术前访视,术中加强观察和术后回访.采用与患者交谈的形式,以亲切的态度,对需要了解的心理问题做好解释、解除疑虑.结果：做好围手术期的相关护理能更好地预防并发症,提高心脏介入治疗的成功率规范化护理,提高手术成功率,巩固和提高心脏介入的疗效,减少患者的痛苦具有重要意义.

Methods：by means of 23patients with interventional heart surgery, preoperative visit, intraoperative strengthen observation and return after surgery.
