护理干预对术后疼痛影响的研究

目的探讨分析术后疼痛护理干预对术后疼痛的影响.方法：选择2010 年3 月至2012 年12 月在本院外科行腹部手术的患者130 例,开胸手术患者76 例;随机分成干预组和对照组,对照组的患者采取常规性的护理,而干预组患者在进行常规性护理的基础上加入心理护理等护理干预措施,使用VAS 疼痛评估工具对术后病人进行疼痛评估,分析疼痛护理干预对术后疼痛的影响.结果：经护理干预后对照组疼痛程度明显低于对照组.结论：传统术后护理对缓解患者术后疼痛的处理存在障碍,积极的护理干预有利于患者术后疼痛的恢复及生活质量的提高.

objective：to study the analysis of the effect of postoperative pain nursing intervention on postoperative pain.Methods：in March 2010 to December 2012 in ourhospital surgical abdominal surgery patients 130 cases, 76 patients with open thoracic surgery.Randomly divided into intervention group and control group, control group of patientstaking routine care, while patients in intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing and psychological nursing on nursing intervention measures, the use of VAS painassessment tools for postoperative pain assessment, analysis the influence of nursing intervention on postoperative pain pain.Results：after nursing intervention, pain in the controlgroup was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion：the postoperative nursing care of postoperative pain in patients with ease traditional barriers, to deal with positivenursing intervention is helpful to the recovery of patients with postoperative pain and the improvement of quality of life.
