对食管癌患者应用人文关怀的临床护理研究

目的探讨人文关怀在食管癌患者护理中的应用效果.方法：选取我院2012 年5 月到2013 年5 月治疗的食道癌患者60 例,将60 例食道癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组,每组患者人数都是30 例.对两组治疗效果进行对比分析.结果：观察组30 例食道癌患者中治愈24 例,有效4 例,无效2 例,总有效率93.3%.对照组30 例患者中治愈12 例,有效8 例,无效10 例,总有效率66.7%.观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组.差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：在对食管癌患者护理中进行人文关怀有助于患者的治疗,且治疗效果显著,提高了患者生活质量,稳定了患者的病情.

Objective： To investigate the effects of the application of humanistic care in esophageal cancer patients. Methods： 60 patients with esophageal cancer were includedfrom May 2012 to May 2012, and divided into observation group and control group randomly, the number of patients in each group was 30 patients. Outcome of two groups wereanalyzed comparatively. Results： 24 cases from observation group were cured, 4 cases were defined effective, ineffective in 2 cases, the effective rate was 93.3%. 12 cases fromcontrol group were cured, 8 cases were defined effective, 10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 66.7%. the effective of observation group is better than the control group.Statistically significant difference was found between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Humanistic care in patients with esophageal cancer can help to treat patients,such asimprove the quality of life, control the patient＇s condition.
