中枢性低钠血症患者的综合性护理干预及效果

目的探讨综合性护理干预在不同原因的中枢性低钠血症患者中的应用及效果.方法：回顾性分析78 例神经外科重症监护室中枢性低钠血症患者发生的原因以及采取综合性护理干预的效果.结果：经采取综合性护理干预,71 例患者血钠恢复正常,7 例因原发病过重死亡.结论：多种神经外科疾病均可导致中枢性低钠血症,积极治疗原发病,及早发现、正确判断低钠原因并给予针对性的治疗及综合性的护理干预是治愈低钠血症的关键.

Purpose：Explore the application and the effect of whole nursing intervention for patients with central hyposodiumia for different reasons. Method：The causeand the effect of whole nursingintervention of the 78 cases of central hyponatremia in Neurosurgery ICU were retrospectively analysed. Result ：After performing whole nursing intervention, 71 patients return blood sodium levels to the normal and 7patients die in serious primary disease. Conclusion：A variety of diseases inDepartment of Neurosurgery can lead to central hyponatremia. Treatment primary disease, early diagnosis and whole nursing interventionare important for treatment hyponatremia.
