目的分析阿托品压抑疗法治疗大龄儿童弱视疗效.方法：将22 例大龄弱视儿童给予阿托品压抑治疗.结果：阿托品压抑对治疗大龄儿童屈光参差弱视疗效显著.结论： 压抑疗法对大龄弱视儿童有更好接受性及依从性.
