青光眼患者与普通眼科患者行超声生物显微镜检查前的焦虑状况与相关因素分析

目的探讨青光眼患者行超声生物显微镜检查前的焦虑与相关因素.方法：应用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和自行设计的相关因素调查表,对180 例行超声生物显微镜检查的青光眼患者及134 例行超声生物显微镜检查的普通眼科患者进行问卷调查对比分析.结果：青光眼患者检查前焦虑的状况明显高于检查的普通眼科患者（P〈0.01）.单因素分析显示：青光眼患者在环境因素、家庭因素、病情因素、与普通眼科患者比较有显著性差异（ P〈0.01）.结论：针对青光眼患者检查前的焦虑作相应的心理干预,给与更多的关爱支持,健康教育等.

Objective to study the anxiety and related factors of glaucoma patients who are intend to be diagnosed by ultrasound biomicroscopy. Methods： With the Hamiltonanxiety scale （HAMA） and questionnaires, which are designed independently, with related factors , The questionnares of 180 routine ultrasound biomicroscopy of patients withglaucoma and 134 routine ultrasound biomicroscopy of were analysed. Results The glaucoma patients who are going to be diagnosed feel greater amounts of anxiety than the patientswith general eye diseases （P〈0.01）. Based on the analysis with single factor, It is shown thatthere are significant difference between the glaucoma patients and the patients with generaleye diseases in terms of the environmental factors, family factors and state of an illness （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention, more care and support, healtheducation should be applied to the glaucoma patients.
