龙血竭配合纳米银创伤贴应用于2期3期压疮的效果观察

探讨龙血竭粉配合纳米银创伤贴局部治疗2 期3 期压疮的疗效.方法将27 例压疮患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组（15 例）对照组（12 例）,观察组用龙血竭配合纳米银创伤贴,对照组单纯用纳米创伤贴外敷.结果：观察组治愈率93.2%明显高于对照组73.2%,观察组治愈时间（15±3.2 天）明显高于对照组（21±2.3 天）,差异有显著意义.结论：龙血竭粉配合纳米银创伤贴疗效高于单纯用龙血竭外敷,并且能缩短治愈时间.

to investigate the dragon of dragon＇s blood powder with local treatment wounds post stage 2 3 silver nanoparticles the curative effect of pressure ulcers.Methods： 27patients with pressure ulcers, and according to random number table method were divided into observation group （15 cases） in the control group （12 cases） and observation group withdragon dragon＇s blood with nano silver trauma, control group simply packed with nano trauma.Results： the observation group cure rate 93.2% to 73.2%, significantly higher than thecontrol group to observe healing time （15 ＋ / - 3.2 days） is significantly higher than control group （21 ＋ / - 2.3 days）, there are significant difference.conclusion：the dragon of dragon＇sblood powder with wound paste curative effect than pure silver nanoparticles with dragon dragon＇s blood gels, and can shorten the healing time.
