摘要
目的探讨肾上腺囊肿的诊断及治疗方法.方法：回顾性分析22 例肾上腺囊肿的临床资料.结果：8例行开放切除术,14例行后腹腔镜手术,22 例患者均治愈.结论：后腹腔镜手术是治疗肾上腺囊肿的-种简便和有效的治疗方法.
ObjectiveTo study diagnosis and treatment of Adrenal cysts. Method：22 cases of Adrenal cysts were studied retrospectively . Result：8 cases were treated byadrenal cysts open surgery,14 case were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopy. 22 cases were cured without complications. Conclusion：Retroperitoneal laparoscopy is theconvenient and efective treatment for Adrenal cysts.
