目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的有效护理措施.方法：对34 例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者采用非手术治疗并配合有效的护理措施,对治疗效果进行观察和分析.结果：本组34 例均经非手术治疗配合有效的护理措施,全组病例于6-21d 治愈出院.结论：非手术治疗配合有效的护理措施是提高术后早期炎性肠梗阻治愈率的关键.

Objective To explore the effective nursing measures of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. Methods：34 cases of early postoperativeinflammatory intestinal obstruction were treated by non operation treatment and effective nursing measures, observe and analyze the treatment effect. Results： in this group, 34cases were treated by non operation therapy combined with effective nursing measures, all of the cases in 6-21Dcured. Conclusion：non operation therapy combined with effectivenursing measures arethe early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation of the key to improve the cure rate.
