静脉泵入两性霉素B致皮疹-例

两性霉素B（AmphotericinB,AmB）系广谱抗真菌药物,对多种深部真菌如新生隐球菌、白假丝酵母菌、曲霉菌、毛霉菌等具有良好的抗菌作用.两性霉素B 是治疗危重深部真菌病患者的首选药物,具有强大的杀真菌作用;但其不良反应较多,限制了其在临床的应用,以便提醒临床医务人员在应用该药时引起注意及重视,并提供参考.因此,总结我科1 例应用该药发生不良反应的临床观察, 分析整理两性霉素B 及两性霉素B 脂质体在临床应用过程发现的不良反应及经验, 以便提醒临床医务人员在应用该药时引起注意及重视,以期减少其不良反应对治疗的影响,提高药物的临床使用效果.
