人工真皮联合自体皮片移植修复创伤后颅骨外露创面6例

目的总结及分析人工真皮联合自体皮片移植修复创伤后颅骨外露创面的临床经验.方法：回顾性分析我科自2008 年1 月至2013 年1 月收治的6 例头部创伤后颅骨外露患者的临床资料,包括一般资料,实验室检查,手术方案及治疗效果. 结果：6 例患者均行人工真皮联合自体皮片移植进行修复,手术进行顺利,术后创面均取得良好覆盖,修复满意,供皮区也未出现明显瘢痕增生. 结论：人工真皮联合自体皮片移植是治疗头部创伤后颅骨外露的有效方法.

ObjectiveTo summarize and analyze the clinical experience of artificial dermis combined with autologous skin transplantation for repair of the traumatic wound withskull exposure. Methods：The clinical data of 6 cases of traumatic wound with skull exposure treated in our department from Jan 2008 to Jan 2013 were analyzed retrospectively,including ordinary data, laboratory examination, operation strategy and treatment effect. Results：All 6 cases underwent repair of artificial dermis combined with autologous skintransplantation successfully, the recheck outcome showed that the skin graft healing was excellent and donor sites had no obvious skin scar. Conclusion：Artificial dermis combinedwith autologous skin transplantation is effective to repair the traumatic wound with bone exposure.
