下颌磨牙半牙切除术后行固定修复的疗效观察

目的观察下颌磨牙行半牙切除术后剩余牙体与邻牙联合行固定修复的临床效果.方法：选择41 颗有牙隐裂、根折、根分叉病变或有较大底穿的病牙,对欲保留的牙根行完善的根管治疗后行半牙切除,3~6 个月后,根据每颗牙牙体牙周情况、邻牙情况,对颌牙等因素,行不同方式的固定修复,随访3 年.结果：41 颗患牙中,双端固定桥3 年成功率为95.5%,与邻牙联冠修复3 年成功率为93.3%,单冠修复3 年成功率为25%.结论：严格选择病例,合理设计修复体的方式,下颌磨牙半牙切除术后行固定修复是最大限度保留患牙的良好方式.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of post-treatment in fixed dental restoration of fixed prosthesis mahdibular molars.Methods：Hemisections were performed on 48cases reserved canals of incomplete tooth fracture,complete root fracture and furcation involvement after root canal therapy.3-6 months later,fullcrown prosthesises were performed,different fixed restorations were selected based on the condition of remained roots, their adjacent teeth and opposite teeth .The therapeutic effect were evaluated after 3 years follow-up.Results Among 41 cases,the 3 years success rate of fixed bridge,cantilever fixed bridge and sing crown were 95.5%,93.3%,25%. Conclusion：With strict case selection,reasonableprosthesis design, It is a good method for tooth hemisection mandibular molar by designating fixed restoration.
