呼吸训练对预防产后抑郁的作用

摘要 目的探讨呼吸训练对预防产前抑郁的作用.方法:选取462 例入院就诊的孕妇随机分为对照组和实验组,其中实验组335 例,对照组127 例,对照组给予产前常规检查,实验组在产前常规检查基础上每周1 次呼吸训练培训,比较产后1 年内产妇的心理状况.结果:经过产后访视,实验组27 例发生产后抑郁症状,对照组31 例发生产后抑郁症状,组间比较有统计学差异(P〈0.05).结论:呼吸训练可有效预防产后抑郁症的发生. Objective:To study the respiratory rehabilitation training to prevent the effect of antenatal depression. Methods:Select 462 cases of hospitalized pregnantwomen were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, the experimental group 335 cases, control group 127 cases, control group given prenatal routine examination,the experimental group on the basis of prenatal routine examination 1 times a week training, bthreaing training is within 1 year postpartum maternal psychological status. Results:Afterpostpartum visit, the experimental group and 27 cases of postpartum depression symptoms occur, the control group of 31 cases of postpartum depression symptoms, comparisonbetween groups was statistically difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Respiratory rehabilitation training can effectively prevent the happening of the postpartum depression.
