摘要
目的探讨行动学习法在心内科护生带教中的应用效果.方法:选择6批60名来我院心内科实习的护生,将她们按单双批分为两组,单批为对照组,双批为试验组.对照组按传统的心内科护生带教法进行带教;试验组采用行动学习法进行带教.结果:两组在理论考核、操作考核、学习主动性、沟通技巧、临床思维能力、团队合作意识比较差异均有统计学意义 ( P〈0.05) .结论:采用行动学习法可提高心内科护生带教效果,提高临床带教质量.
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of action learning in nursing students in Department of Cardiology. Methods:the 6 batch of 60 nursing students from our hospitaldepartment of cardiology, they were divided into two groups, one group was the control group, the double number of test group. Control group received traditional nursing students inDepartment of cardiology teaching methods of teaching; the experiment group adopted the action learning method of teaching. Results:the two groups in the theory examination,operation assessment, learning initiative, communication skills, clinical thinking ability, team cooperation consciousness differences were statistically significant (p 〈 0.05).Conclusion:the method of action learning can improve the teaching effect of nursing students in the Department of Cardiology, improve the quality of clinical teaching.
