The research of health education demand and strategy for patients ofspinal tuberculosis

目的了解脊柱结核患者健康教育需求,探讨合理的健康教育模式.方法：对106 例脊柱结核患者进行自设问卷调查.问卷包括4 个方面,应用百分比等级评分方法.结果：整体、认知、操作、情感领域、教育方式总体得分水平较高.结论：脊柱结核患者对健康教育内容需求广泛,在疾病认识、生活方式与教育方式上可采取针对性,提高健康教育效果.

ObjectiveTo investigate the health education demand of spinal tuberculosis patients and toexplore the proper health education model. Methods：Questionnairesurvey was conducted to 106 patients. The questionnaire included 4 aspects and was assessed using percentage grading method. Results：The total score level was high inacknowledging,operation,emotion,and education style. Conclusion：The demand for health education of spinal tuberculosis patients is popular. The main concern can be focusedon the knowledge of the disease,life style,and education style to improve the efficacy of health education.
