Manage diabetic foot with doctor-nurse collaborating model

目的探讨医护一体化模式管理糖尿病足.方法：糖尿病足患者17 例,在控制血糖、改善血液循环、营养神经、抗感染等综合治疗基础上,局部严密观察伤口情况,根据不同分期采用不同换药方法.结果：痊愈12 例（88%）,好转5 例（12%）,其中好转者出院后经门诊换药,随访3一6 个月后均治愈,无一例截肢.结论：医护一体化模式管理糖尿病足可有效促进伤口愈合,有效降低糖尿病足患者的截肢率.

ObjectiveTo study doctor-nurse collaborating model to manage diabetic foot. Methods：17 patients were based on controlling blood glucose, improving blood circulation,trophy nerve and anti-infection that observed wound states and nursed wound with different methods. Result：12 patients were cured, 5 patients were relieved and they were cured byfollowing post-discharge 3-6 months. Conclusion：Doctor –nurse collaborating model can improve effectively the wound healing and reduce the rate of amputation in diabetic foot.
